Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system architecture, configuration, installation, data migration, user education, and ongoing support for NetSuite software.
  • Configure systems in alignment with client specifications.
  • Create and execute test scripts during the testing phase.
  • Assist clients with data migration processes.
  • Advise clients on new processes and functionalities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and support teams to ensure project completion.
  • Prepare and present regular written updates on project status to clients.
  • Exhibit leadership in project management, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and implementation methodologies.
  • Support the sales team with research and client presentations.
  • Develop business requirements, specifications, process diagrams, application designs, configurations, testing protocols, and deployment strategies.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of cloud solutions.
  • Engage directly with clients to lead projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop key components of the NetSuite solution.
  • Provide technical assistance to clients as necessary.
  • Contribute to the creation of new processes and procedures for project execution, including the development of templates and documentation.
  • Strive to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing NetSuite Software.
  • In-depth knowledge of software solutions, including experience in installation, integration, and training.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Team-oriented, self-driven, and personable.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
