About the Role

The Market Trainer - Fire TV role is a key position within the Amazon Offline Retail team, responsible for driving sales and brand advocacy of Fire TV products in retail stores.

As a Market Trainer, you will be the face of Fire TV in retail locations, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, training store associates, and promoting Fire TV through customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and travel to a large territory, utilizing sales tools and store profiles to impact sales and brand advocacy.
  • Drive sales and brand advocacy through store partnerships, achieving and exceeding store sales goals within Fire TV branded products.
  • Develop professional relationships with key stakeholders, including district, territory, and general managers.
  • Delegate and influence to drive exceptional results in your market, executing standard operating procedures, identifying areas of improvement, and providing ongoing feedback to store managers, regional leaders, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Educate store associates on the value of Fire TV products, conducting sales and training demonstrations in-store and during large-scale events.
  • Collect business and market insights from consumers and store associates to inform product, feature, and channel marketing decisions.
  • Complete daily in-store reports, documenting visits and submitting digital photos.
About the Team

The Amazon Offline Retail team is responsible for selling Amazon devices into many brick and mortar retailers across the United States.

As a Market Trainer, you will work closely with retail partners and customers to intake insights, improve products and services, and drive decisions at the corporate level.

Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of work experience in retail management and/or sales.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess a mobile phone compatible with iOS or Android operating systems.
  • Have access to reliable transportation to travel between worksites during the workday.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in retail sales, preferably in home theater.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Experience managing multiple retail locations.
  • Experience and comfort presenting to large audiences.
