Job Title: Senior Project Scheduler

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Scheduler to join our team at O2EPCM, Inc. dba O2 Engineering, Projects & Construction Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, working closely with project stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring accurate and timely data is incorporated.
  • Actively communicate with project managers and stakeholders to identify and mitigate schedule risks.
  • Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis.
  • Monitor schedule deviations and variances, and assist in developing alternative methods for corrective action.
  • Work closely with project cost analysts and subcontractors to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Understand scheduling processes, know the critical path of a project, and be able to read and understand the schedule.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience as an Analyst Senior or 10+ years as an Analyst Principal.
  • Experience working with natural gas pipeline projects is preferred.
  • Experience with Schedule Risk Analysis and Schedule Risk Analysis software (Acumen Risk).
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

O2EPCM, Inc. dba O2 Engineering, Projects & Construction Management offers a competitive salary range of $104K - $123K for Senior Scheduler and $124K - $140K for Principal Scheduler, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
