About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Associate to join our team at Weedmaps. As a Technical Support Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our internal sales team and clients, ensuring seamless technical assistance and resolving complex issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to internal sales teams and clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with our product suite and third-party partners.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating to support engineering teams as needed, and communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support, receiving and resolving cases through Salesforce, and executing opportunities through closed-won processes in a swift and accurate manner.
  • Validate opportunities against trust and safety guidelines, maintaining clear communication with account teams to support revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including support engineers and accounts receivable, to ensure seamless support and resolution.
  • Manage ad campaign setup and asset collection, conducting administrative changes in account configuration management tools.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing, reporting defects, and analyzing issues with the technology team.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a B2B software support role.
  • 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, providing clear communication and resolving complex issues.
  • A deep ability to multitask under tight timelines, excellent problem-solving skills, and interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Efficient organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, think outside the box, and identify root causes.
  • Strong technical aptitude in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting and executing User Acceptance Testing in conjunction with the technology team.
  • Capable of quickly adapting to new responsibilities and meeting new expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
  • Proficient with Salesforce and Google Workspace.
