We are on the lookout for a skilled Senior Associate in Creative Marketing to enhance our dynamic marketing team. The role involves refining and expanding the digital presence of both ProCharger and Inovair, orchestrating national advertising campaigns across digital and print platforms, managing social media content, and producing engaging video and photographic materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the creation and execution of impactful digital marketing assets tailored for specific audiences and platforms.
  • Oversee the design and production of print materials, including brochures, advertisements, and event displays.
  • Develop and edit video and photographic content to support marketing initiatives.
  • Create storyboards and design concepts to effectively communicate ideas to internal stakeholders.
  • Enhance website design and functionality to improve user experience and engagement.
  • Contribute to social media strategies, including content creation and performance analysis.
  • Manage the design and logistics of tradeshow materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Design merchandise and product labels to support marketing and eCommerce efforts.
  • Utilize analytics to inform creative strategies and decisions.
  • Assist with various marketing projects, including market research and content creation for blogs and emails.
  • Ensure all graphic solutions are optimized for performance and usability.
  • Support the design and execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain an organized digital asset management system.
  • Coordinate with vendors for print and merchandise projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Work onsite during standard business hours and be available for additional support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital asset design with proven campaign success.
  • Experience in producing print-ready documents and understanding industry standards.
  • Familiarity with mobile design principles and best practices.
  • Strong skills in user-centered design, particularly for web and social media.
  • Proficient in video editing and photography.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work across various marketing channels.
  • Knowledge of branding strategies and automotive industry trends.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Highly organized and adaptable to shifting priorities.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in various media design.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Proficient in video editing software.
  • Experience with website analytics tools and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with social media algorithms and email marketing platforms.
