We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead key initiatives as part of the ExamOne marketing annual operating plan. The successful candidate will develop strategy, execute tactics, partner with stakeholders, and manage budgets for Life Insurance customer marketing.
Responsibilities- Deliver and optimize compelling market-ready value propositions and messaging for products serving Life Insurance customers and adjacent markets.
- Develop growth strategies through analysis of past results, learning from Marketing teams, and applying industry best practices.
- Promote marketing growth programs through execution in close collaboration with commercial and product partners to help deliver annual revenue growth.
- Develop performance monitoring and use systems to assess the effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
- Collaborate with internal and/or external creative teams to develop all required creative assets.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 8 years success in a marketing role, including ownership of a promotional Marketing plan in a B2B setting
- 5+ years life insurance or similar B2B market experience preferred
Leadership in driving results, managing ambiguity, strategic mindset, collaborative, engaged, effective, and coachable are essential qualities for this role.
