Job Summary:

This position prepares patients for examinations and performs diagnostic radiology procedures following guidelines set by OhioHealth and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare patients for examinations and perform diagnostic radiology procedures
- Follow guidelines set by OhioHealth and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques

Requirements:

- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Registration with ARRT
- Ohio Radiologic License
- BLS certification
- Thorough knowledge of medical imaging procedures and equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Work Environment:

- Day shift
- 40 hours per week
- Ortho Surgeons Ashland department
