Job Title: Diagnostic Imaging Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Health Advocates Network, Inc. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body
- Position patients correctly for imaging procedures
- Monitor patients during imaging procedures and ensure their safety
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Graduate of a CT training program or minimum 1 year experience in CT
- Certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- An active, current state license
- American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers
