Overview:
The Lead Program Management Specialist will deliver administrative and programmatic leadership to the Office of Student Affairs, acting as the primary liaison for the Temple Campus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate events, programs, and services to facilitate students' transitions from undergraduate studies to medical education and subsequently to postgraduate training.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with faculty, students, and peers.
- Exhibit self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate strong networking and communication abilities.

Work Environment:
This role is primarily based in Temple, Texas, with occasional travel to Houston. The position supports hybrid work arrangements following a review period. Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional evenings and weekends.

Administrative Duties:
- Serve as the primary liaison for Student Affairs with other administrative departments.
- Oversee daily operations of the Student Affairs office at the Temple campus.
- Assist in coordinating essential processes related to examinations, scholarships, and student support.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and effective communication.

Programming and Advising:
- Plan and execute campus events and programs that align with the mission of Student Affairs.
- Organize New Student Orientation and other key ceremonies.
- Support student leaders and programming efforts across campuses.

Assessment and Reporting:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, using data to inform improvements.
- Partner with management on data collection for annual reporting and compliance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
- A Master's degree in a relevant area and two years of experience will also be considered.
- Experience in a higher education setting and familiarity with student organizations is highly desirable.
