Call Center Coordinator

EmergeOrtho is a leading provider of musculoskeletal care in North Carolina. We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Specialist to join our team.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description- We are looking for an individual who can manage all incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and rescheduling services, as well as assisting with related administrative tasks.
This is a PRN (as needed) position, which means you will work variable hours based on the needs of the practice.
Requirements- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
- You should be comfortable using multiple technology-based communication systems effectively and simultaneously.
- Previous experience using a multi-line phone system is preferred.
In addition to the requirements listed above, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities- Utilize practice management software to perform specific duties.
- Serve as a primary resource for all incoming calls.
- Direct all incoming calls to the appropriate staff/department based on pertinent information received from the caller.
