We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing customer interactions, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, orders, complaints, or technical issues.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, promote products, or conduct surveys.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently by identifying problems and providing solutions or escalating as necessary.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software or ability to learn quickly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
