Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering patient care and ensuring comfort under the direct supervision of a registered nurse, adhering to established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Effectively communicates and reports pertinent information to the supervising registered nurse.
- Provides clerical support for assigned patients, assisting in the smooth operation of patient care activities.
- Completes all required technical skills and patient care tasks as delegated, in accordance with established patient care competencies.
Work Schedule: Rotating shifts including days, weekends, and holidays. 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM to 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM).
Weekly Hours: Full-Time, 36 hours.
Departments: Various units including Medical-Surgical, Innovation Unit (Orthopedic/Neurological), Post-Surgical (Wound Care), Dialysis/Pulmonary, and Cardiac Care.
