Job Description

As a Care Partner at Washington Health System, you will play a vital role in providing patient care and comfort under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Your responsibilities will include assisting with clerical tasks, accurately reporting information to the Registered Nurse, and completing technical skills and patient care procedures as delegated.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide patient care and comfort under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  2. Assist with clerical tasks for assigned patients.
  3. Accurately report information to the Registered Nurse.
  4. Complete technical skills and patient care procedures as delegated.

Department and Shift Information:

This is a full-time or part-time position in the Float Pool department, with rotating shifts, days, weekends, and holidays. The shift schedule includes 12 or 8 hour shifts, with a pay rate of $18.79/hour and $19.07/hour after 90 days. Additional shift differentials and overtime pay are also available.
