Agronomy Business Developer

At Stine Seed Company, we're seeking a skilled Agronomy Business Developer to join our team in Central Indiana. This exciting opportunity offers unlimited earning potential and the chance to work in a well-established territory with dedicated dealers.
The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of ag experience, including agronomy, crop production, or seed sales. They should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated knowledge of sales techniques and negotiating skills, and success in dealer development and retention.
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services. You'll manage existing dealer accounts, recruit new dealerships, communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies, and work with our Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as flexibility to work your territory your way. Our company provides agronomic and sales support, making it an ideal fit for those looking to grow professionally and financially.
