Job Overview:

In collaboration with the leadership team, the Executive Administrative Coordinator will deliver comprehensive support services, which encompass organizing, planning, documenting, and overseeing schedules, appointments, meetings, events, projects, and communication. The role includes participating in meetings, taking detailed minutes, and providing various administrative support functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the executive team with daily operations, including calendar management.
  • Participate in meetings, accurately record minutes, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Coordinate departmental and operational meetings effectively.
  • Support specific projects and initiatives led by the leadership team.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
