Role Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Manager at POWER DREAM. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will be located in Norcross, GA, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales approaches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong ability to drive results

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, with a track record of success
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Knowledge of the Energy Curing industry and related products, with a focus on graphic arts, coatings, or electronics
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
