Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a Positive Dining Experience for guests by interacting with them in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Manage Wait Times by notifying guests and entering their names into the computer seating system
  • Operate the Computer Seating System with ease and efficiency
  • Lead Guests to Their Tables and provide excellent service throughout their meal
  • Answer Phone Calls and respond to questions about the menu, reservations, and the restaurant
  • Address Difficult Situations with guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Communicate Clearly and effectively with guests and team members
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
  • Food Handlers Card for California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, or Virginia
