- Develop Strong Working Relationships: Foster strong relationships with installation crews and customers, promoting trust and clear communication.
- Interaction: Interact with installation crews to resolve customer issues, address technical queries, and manage change order processing.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer concerns and provide excellent customer service during and after installations, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues.
- Payment Handling: Secure payments from customers for contracted work, update necessary paperwork, and facilitate additional payment processing according to company policies.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other necessary functions or duties as assigned, contributing to the team's and company's overall success.
- Customer Focused: Commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Action Oriented: Proactive and driven to take the initiative when necessary to ensure successful installations.
- Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise between customers and installation crews effectively.

- Flooring or Home Improvement Experience (Beneficial): Previous experience in the flooring or home improvement industry is an advantage, but not required.
