Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement activities programs for residents, tailoring them to their interests and abilities.
  • Work directly with residents on units, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Organize and obtain supplies and equipment for activities, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for residents.
  • Collaborate with recreation specialists to set up program areas and assist with event planning.
  • Document residents' participation in activities, tracking their progress and interests.
  • Assist residents in attending programs and returning them to their units, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Stay informed about established emergency procedures and be prepared to respond in case of an emergency.
Requirements:
  • Preferred experience working with activities in a healthcare setting.
