Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Compass Group USA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales and revenue
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or account management
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license and good driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in route management, retail, and merchandising
  • Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment
  • Food and beverage experience
