Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative at YoungWilliams is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. This role requires a high level of professionalism, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, providing solutions to their concerns.
  • Utilize available resources, policies, and supervisors to resolve customer issues and reduce workload.
  • Develop and maintain a positive attitude, demonstrating enthusiasm for serving customers and improving team performance.
  • Meet attendance and performance expectations, adhering to regular and timely attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree or certificate in a related field preferred. The ideal candidate will have call center experience, computer proficiency, and excellent written and spoken communication skills.
