Job Description
This Administrative Assistant role involves working closely with our administrative division manager to deliver exceptional support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for reliving supervisors of routine administrative tasks, planning and coordinating office activities, and maintaining effective communication channels within the division.
Qualifications
Applicants must have a strong background in administration and possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role is required. Additionally, applicants must submit two (2) Letters of Reference, which should be authored by professional affiliations and specific to the open position.
