Job Title: Office Operations CoordinatorAbout the Position:

The Cesar Chavez Foundation is seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role requires administrative support for our General Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all office equipment, including ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensure availability of general office supplies for daily business and research/order special requests.
  • Receive local payments from clients, deposit monies received, and fill out employee records.
  • Prepare and submit accounting documents, including check requests, vouchers, expense reports, trade agreements, timesheets, and deposit records.
  • Maintain the General Manager's schedule, arrange meetings, confirm appointments, handle rescheduling, and remind them of upcoming appointments.
  • Perform keyboarding tasks, screen calls and visitors, sort mail, and deliver it to appropriate departments.
  • Make travel arrangements for staff and perform file maintenance.
  • Maintain title, registration, and insurance for company vehicles.
  • Complete and submit necessary documentation for station events.
Our Benefits:

A salary of $70,000 per year, plus 100% paid benefits. Must be COVID-19 vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination.
