About the Role

Ashfield Meetings & Events is seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and performance within an assigned geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the gastrointestinal (GI) market
  • Provide educational content and support to healthcare providers on the benefits of novel GI therapies
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement territory-specific business plans
  • Utilize sales reporting systems to track sales activity and gather market intelligence data
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of medical/clinical selling experience with a proven track record of success in specialty medical products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
