Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable process, from invoice processing to payment disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Processing: Review and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and proper approval.
  • Payment Disbursement: Prepare and process payment batches (checks, ACH, wire transfers) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain and update vendor files, including W-9 forms and other necessary documentation.
  • Reconciliation and Reporting: Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure all payments are properly accounted for and posted.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
