In this role, you will provide detailed administrative support to ensure accurate records of materials moving through the facility, from inbound truck deliveries to outbound shipments. Your duties will include reviewing manifests and bills of lading, verifying accuracy, and entering data into a computerized tracking database.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for providing clerical support, including reception duties, phone coverage, word processing, office supply inventory, computer user support, and mail distribution. You must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of data entry experience. Experience in environmental services is preferred, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
