About the Role

We seek Project Delivery Planners/Schedulers at multiple levels to join our Strategic Advisory Services (SAS) team. You will contribute to a multi-discipline engineering team as a project scheduler, supporting the development of conceptual planning schedules, baseline design/project schedules, integrated project schedules, and detailed construction schedules.

Our team serves a diverse range of clients, including those in water/wastewater, transit, transportation, environmental, and construction management sectors. We take pride in promoting strong client relationships, allowing us to positively improve the communities where we live and work.

We offer the flexibility of a hybrid work environment. You'll have the option to collaborate in a Parametrix office for mentorship, client interactions, and team meetings or work remotely, reporting to SAS team leadership.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Track project details with a focus on project control practices such as cost management and earned value analysis.
  2. Review and analyze project development and construction schedules.
  3. Prepare detailed status reports to inform project delivery plans.
  4. Use software like Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 to manage schedules.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external clients to ensure quality project delivery.
Key Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning, development, scheduling, and/or risk management for infrastructure projects (Scheduler).
  2. A minimum of 9 years of experience in project planning, development, scheduling, and/or risk management for infrastructure projects (Senior Scheduler).
Compensation

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $90,000-$125,000+, based on factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
