Key Responsibilities
  • Serve meals in a professional and timely manner, demonstrating a genuine concern for our residents and guests.
  • Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices to ensure the highest quality food and a clean dining environment.
  • Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Ensure that residents and guests receive high-quality food in a timely fashion, and maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior.
  • Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed, providing exceptional customer service and fostering a teamwork environment.
  • Tactfully and professionally handle resident concerns and complaints, providing solutions and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Follow all Dining Services Standards of service, ensuring consistency and quality in every interaction.
Requirements
  • Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service, and consistently display an attitude that fosters a teamwork environment.
