Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary:
As an IT Infrastructure Manager at BlackHawk Industrial, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and designing the company's IT infrastructure. You will lead a team responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure and desktop support environments. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating enterprise IT infrastructure operations and changes, managing and maintaining vendors to meet SLA's and contractual agreements, and establishing and implementing standards for IT operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Personally exhibits, recruits, and coaches associates consistent with Core Behaviors
• Responsible for promoting a culture of safety
• Supervises and coordinates enterprise IT infrastructure operations and changes
• Supervises and coordinates enterprise desktop support operations and changes
• Supports continuous assessment of system utilization, monitoring, response time, and detection and correction of enterprise performance issues
• Manages and maintains vendors to meet SLA's and contractual agreements
• Establishes and implements standards for IT operating procedures
• Develops and prioritizes work and integration tasks for team members
• Develops and executes testing plans and procedures
• Diagnoses root causes and resolves complex systems problems
• Implements continuous IT improvement programs
• Leads IT asset management to ensure assets full lifetime cycle value is achieved
• Manages strategic relationships with key IT product and service providers
• Participates in IT strategy planning activities

• Active Directory
• Office 365 Software and Technologies
• Budget management, people management, project management, and strategic planning experience
• Hyper-V and VMWare
• 2 years management experience
• Personal Attributes
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong focus on the customer experience
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
• Up to date on current technologies

Work Environment:
• Employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms
• Employee is required to use computer and other equipment
• Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines
• Occasional overnight travel to meet with internal and external customers
• Sitting for extended periods of time
• Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects up to 50 pounds, such as computers and peripherals
• Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to clearly focus vision

PPE Required:
• Eye protection, ear protection, and as required by customer, steel-toed shoes and head protection
