A successful Real Estate Sales Representative at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties is a customer-focused professional who excels in building strong relationships with clients to facilitate the purchase and sale of properties. To thrive in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and be adept at navigating the ever-changing real estate market.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and creative individual who can think outside the box to provide exceptional service to clients. Experience in sales, customer service, and marketing is highly valued, as it enables our agents to stay ahead of the competition and deliver outstanding results.

As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance. With dedication and hard work, it's not uncommon for our agents to earn $50,000 to $100,000 or more per year. The key to success lies in establishing a strong client base and consistently delivering exceptional results.

Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain one before being hired. To earn a real estate license, you will need to complete real estate classes and pass a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional details on the licensing process.

Key Responsibilities
