  • Product Knowledge: Continuously develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Volkswagen products, including features, options, and technologies.
  • Vehicle Demonstrations: Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles to showcase their features and benefits.
  • Follow-Up and Follow-Through: Follow up with customers to ensure successful referral business and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Overcoming Objections: Develop and utilize effective strategies to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to the Sales Manager on sales objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Requirements
  • Availability and Flexibility: Available to work flexible hours and weekends, including evenings and holidays.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Possess a self-starter mentality and an ambitious spirit, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Communication Skills: Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional, well-groomed personal appearance at all times.
  • Clean Driving Record: Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
  • Crm Experience: Familiarity with DealerSocket CRM is beneficial but not required.
