The Business Application Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting Yardi as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC). This role involves working closely with multiple departments to optimize the use and improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support Yardi as the SPOC, working closely with multiple departments to optimize use and improve business processes.
* Conduct market rate imports on an annual basis, including Level of Care edits, code additions, and rate increase batches and letters.
* Assist with tasks when Sagora takes on new communities, including Y:Y Transitions, ETL Import Files, and EHR setup for communities (zones, team member positions, shifts, EMAR packages, mapping from previous EHR, assigning assessments, and level of care recommendations).
* Provide EHR support, including answering support questions, pharmacy integration projects, training with Yardi EHR Specialist, and Memory Care Assessment Project.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with Yardi or other property management software.
* Clinical EHR experience.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
