**About Five Rivers Analytics**
We are an innovative company that supports the Satellite Control Network Operations, Remote Site and Mission Partner Support (STORMS) contract at New Boston Space Force Station, NH.
As a Resource Advisor, you will be responsible for overall tracking of resources and funding for New Boston Space Force Station. This exempt position requires constant communication with Military and government personnel as well as contract management.
**Job Summary:**
Manage financial operations of the site by executing government's financial plans
Maintain accounting and funds control in coordination with 21st Space Force Operations Squadron (SOPS/RA)
Formulate budget recommendations and financial plans, providing financial reports as directed by the government
**Responsibilities:
- Execute financial plans to manage site operations
- Maintain accounting and funds control in coordination with SOPS/RA
- Develop budget recommendations and financial plans, reporting progress to the government
- Manage project funds and cost center record data
- Prepare outgoing funding document requests
- Maintain obligation reimbursement documents and funding site authorizations
- Collaborate with FM, ALO, Functional Organizations, Contracting, and 21 SOPS/RA on funding issues
- Enter required funding documents in ABSS for government review and action
**Qualifications:*
- Citizen with ability to obtain SECRET security clearance
- High school diploma with at least five years of experience in finance or accounting fields
- Demonstrated training and management skills
- Background in finance with analytical skills to determine corrective actions
- Good customer service skills working with military personnel
- Ability to understand, interpret, and apply regulatory requirements applicable to the project scope of work
- Time management skills to achieve personal, team, project, and corporate objectives related to quality assurance
**Compensation and Benefits:
*Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year*
