We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Select Medical. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

**Responsibilities:**

* Deliver superior quality in all aspects of your work
* Treat others with respect and professionalism
* Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and colleagues
* Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
* Notify Administration of requests for service
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts
* Perform administrative tasks, including filing, drafting letters, and sorting mail

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong knowledge of medical terminology
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
