Job Description

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Private Bank organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a relationship management plan to acquire and retain clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead or support client management activities with clients and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional client experience and growth of their book of business.
  • Coordinate with the team to determine action plans through thorough discovery of client needs, delivering proactive and responsive service to meet client goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies for proactively sourcing new relationships for the bank, owning communication and contact with existing clients to ensure expansion opportunities are captured.
  • Manage risk through appropriate client selection, ensuring that our service delivery is consistent with the fees being charged.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and complete sales/client relationship management administration tasks, ensuring the execution of team processes and training/coaching/mentoring other team members.
Requirements
  • University/college degree, with higher-level education desirable.
  • Industry-relevant experience of 8+ years, with specific certifications often required.
  • Strong knowledge of business segment capabilities and offerings, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, with a focus on customer experience management and decision-making.
