Overview

The Senior Brand Marketing Manager for KOHLER Kitchen & Bath North America plays a pivotal role in spearheading and implementing cohesive marketing brand initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Developing a comprehensive brand enhancement strategy that stands out in the marketplace.
  • Serving as the primary liaison for integration across various categories, channels, and customer interactions.
  • Championing brand vision and ensuring accountability for outcomes.
  • Aiming to be a premier professional in brand management and marketing.

Detailed Duties
  • Leading cross-functional teams to meet brand and sales objectives.
  • Effectively articulating business requirements to external collaborators.
  • Performing market and competitive assessments.
  • Maintaining consistency across all brand interactions.
  • Formulating content and marketing plans for product introductions.
  • Overseeing campaign budgets and evaluating performance metrics.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing or brand management.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
  • Experience in traditional Brand Management is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% annually.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $158,700, influenced by experience and educational background. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.
