Position Overview:

The Senior Manager for eCommerce Initiatives will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategies for Kohler's Consumer Channels. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team focused on enhancing our digital presence and optimizing marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership: Oversee the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing programs tailored to eCommerce, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  2. Brand Management: Direct brand-related activities, including the development of marketing assets and governance of marketing programs.
  3. Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, informing the creation of innovative marketing strategies.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Digital Experience, and Merchandising, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to enhance performance.
  6. Budget Management: Oversee budget allocation for eCommerce marketing, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in business or marketing, with at least 3 years dedicated to eCommerce marketing. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
