The Senior Brand Marketing Manager for KOHLER Kitchen & Bath North America plays a pivotal role in orchestrating and implementing comprehensive marketing brand initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serving as the primary liaison for integration across various categories, channels, and customer interactions.
  • Championing brand vision and ensuring accountability for outcomes.
  • Aiming to excel as a premier brand management and marketing expert.

Detailed Duties
  • Leading interdisciplinary teams to meet brand and sales objectives.
  • Effectively conveying business requirements to external collaborators.
  • Performing market and competitive assessments.
  • Maintaining consistency across all brand interactions.
  • Crafting content and marketing strategies for product introductions.
  • Overseeing campaign budgets and evaluating performance metrics.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • Over 8 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
  • Background in traditional Brand Management is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% annually.
