Specialty Sales Representative

At Verrica Pharmaceuticals, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialty Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the medical dermatology market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers, including dermatologists and pediatricians
- Provide clinical education and product training to healthcare providers and their staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or health science
- Substantial sales experience in the life sciences or biopharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of success in launching new products and growing market share
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to travel frequently, sometimes overnight, to meet with healthcare providers and attend industry events
