Job Title: Account Manager Leasing

Bruckner's Truck Sales is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager Leasing to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our rental and lease customers, increasing sales of our product lines, and building strong relationships with our current customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Market and promote our Contract Maintenance, Rental, and Lease product lines to local business partners and key decision-makers.
  • Generate leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into active customers.
  • Effectively communicate and interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers to deliver superior customer service.
  • Manage customer relationships, including holding safety meetings and driver meetings as requested.
  • Assist with PM compliance, including making calls to customers to set up service in cooperation with the service department.
  • Perform daily lot checks and inspect equipment on the yard.
  • Create rental contracts and administer them to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
  • Meet acceptable levels of rental utilization.
  • Responsible for obtaining profitable results through new accounts and maintaining current customers.
  • Achieve new account penetration goals as laid out by management.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in LMS training on a monthly basis.
  • Partner with and work well with all departments in the dealership.
  • Bring solutions and recommendations for problem issues.
  • Protect and enhance the business reputation of Bruckner's.
  • Enhance personal qualifications.
  • Accept responsibility, be reliable, and dependable.
  • Willingly accept direction.
  • Provide timely reports as required.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency in matters that require it.
  • Pays attention to detail in all paperwork, including contracts, schedules, expense reports, pipelines, etc.
