About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist Solutions Architect to join our Amazon Connect team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer success and accelerating the adoption of Amazon Connect, a cloud-based contact center platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise in cloud computing and contact center solutions to advance customer adoption of Amazon Connect.
  • Collaborate with specialist, sales, and marketing teams to ideate and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of Amazon Connect.
  • Lead architectural reviews and workshops to advance customer technical objectives.
  • Share best practices and thought leadership through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, and public-speaking events.
  • Educate customers on the value proposition of Amazon Connect and participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
About the Team

The Customer Experience specialist team helps customers learn about and adopt Amazon Connect, a leader in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) market segment. As an AI-powered cloud contact center, Amazon Connect delivers a rapid pace of innovation that enables companies to unlock bar-raising experiences for customers and agents at lower cost.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
  • 4+ years of specific technology domain areas experience (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
  • 3+ years of experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions or experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP or similar CCaaS technology.
  • Experience with complex Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) implementations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
