Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Guide to join our team. This role involves driving sales and customer experience activities, both virtually and in-store. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales and customer experience activities, including virtual and in-store interactions.
  • Prepare titles, loan documents, and take down payments.
  • Take customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of related work experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for the past 3 years.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
