The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational abilities, outstanding communication skills, and a welcoming attitude.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet and guide visitors and clients
· Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
· Offer administrative assistance to the Account Manager, including reviewing statements, managing open invoices, and generating reports
· Keep an orderly filing system
· Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; handle outgoing mail
· Provide administrative support to the Owner, including scheduling meetings, filing, copying, emailing, and drafting documents
· Accurately record meeting minutes when required
· Execute additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or prior experience as an Administrative Assistant is preferred.
- Some clerical experience in accounting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and postage machines is expected.
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
