Computer Support Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver technical assistance for computer systems and applications
- Educate end users and resolve technical challenges
- Oversee project tasks associated with system enhancements
- Install and fix computer hardware and software
- Ensure client satisfaction and follow up on issue resolution
- Execute and manage hardware and software initiatives
- Maintain partnerships with software suppliers
- Guarantee network security and implement disaster recovery strategies
~ Fundamental reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
~ Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Server Systems
~ Ability to convey technical information clearly
~ Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities
~ Basic knowledge of Mac systems and A+ or Network+ certification is essential
