Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Gather and analyze credit information, financial statements, and other relevant data to determine creditworthiness and make informed lending decisions.
  • Loan Underwriting: Evaluate loan applications, assess credit risk, and recommend loan approvals or denials.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and other stakeholders to promote business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, credit memos, and other documentation to support lending decisions and business operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, bank policies, and procedures related to lending and credit risk management.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in credit analysis, lending, and risk management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in credit analysis, lending, or related field.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, lending products, and risk management; excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other financial software applications.
