Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating hospital admissions and services, ensuring adequate staffing resources, and adhering to policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate hospital admissions and services between Doctor Access Line, hospital units, emergency department, and outside entities as required
  • Maintain daily personnel activities of the hospital during assigned scheduled shifts to ensure adequate staffing resources
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of two years of experience as a Staff Nurse, including one year in a management capacity. A valid NM Nursing license or compact license within 90 days of hire is also required. BLS certification is mandatory, with ACLS and PALS certifications being desirable.

This position is estimated to pay $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
