As a Client Service Partner, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction through effective order fulfillment and portfolio management. This position is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy and eager to engage with innovative solutions in the realm of global internet branding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster and nurture client relationships by delivering outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide comprehensive support for client accounts, addressing service inquiries, invoicing concerns, and conducting thorough research for specific requests.
  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of domain names, trademarks, and brand protection initiatives to safeguard clients' global internet presence.
  • Process and fulfill client orders, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the client journey.
  • Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot technical challenges and identify potential revenue enhancements for product offerings.
  • Work in partnership with global vendors to ensure seamless completion of customer orders.
  • Assist the Product Manager with brand launches, problem resolution, product development, and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and communicate new product offerings to clients effectively.
  • Conduct research and analysis of customer data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Deliver engaging online demonstrations for clients and sales personnel.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality results.
  • Ability to communicate openly and honestly with clients and colleagues.
