Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in proactive outreach to attract new clients by showcasing our veterinary services and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and their pets.
- Optimize the workflow within the hospital to enhance the number of pets attended by our medical team, particularly supporting our wellness plan clients.
- Deliver exceptional service consistently, which includes encouraging visits, warmly welcoming clients and their pets, ensuring their comfort, and providing education on pet health.
- Inform clients about our Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, and the various services offered by the hospital.
- Assist incoming clients by managing necessary documentation, accurately entering pet information into our systems, and ensuring efficient service.
- Support outgoing clients by providing comprehensive instructions, necessary information, invoices, and scheduling future appointments.
- Maintain financial accuracy by managing balances and adhering to proper opening and closing protocols.
- Perform administrative tasks as required and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
