Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and customer support across accounting and tax divisions.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Conduct meticulous data entry.
  • Organize and track client files digitally.
  • Facilitate the intake of client tax and accounting documents, ensuring follow-up for any missing information.
  • Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the client database.
  • Oversee the client download master list and ensure all necessary actions are taken to maintain electronic data connections.
  • Update existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal teams and client resources.
  • Download client bank statements as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients.
  • Initiate requests for client W-9 forms and manage the intake of 1099 information.
  • Process scanned mail and prepare outgoing mailings for clients.
  • Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping, particularly QuickBooks, is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
