Position Overview:
As a Compliance Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to various laws, regulations, and internal policies relevant to the healthcare sector. This involves conducting independent audits of specific functions to evaluate compliance with Baptist Health's Code of Ethics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance across all Baptist Health entities with applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
- Conduct independent audits to assess compliance with internal policies and ethical standards.
- Analyze clinical documentation and medical record coding to identify trends and discrepancies.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a large healthcare organization.
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and computer skills, with the ability to work autonomously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with all management levels. Previous experience in healthcare auditing is preferred, and certification in a relevant area or eligibility for certification is required.

Experience Requirement:
Minimum of 3 years in a related field.
